SHIPPING & RETURNS
When buying through our website, we will send your order by certified mail, which you will receive within 2 to 4 working days, with 10 being the maximum in special cases (dates close to Christmas, summer, etc.). In case of not being able to send your order on time, we will contact you. The delivery times expressed are for shipments to the Peninsula. For all other destinations, please contact us.
Although we will work so that you receive your order as soon as possible, the delivery times expressed are indicative and cannot be a reason for complaint in the event that we cannot fulfill them.
Shipping by certified mail requires hand delivery of the product. If this cannot be done, the postal service notifies it by means of a notice and the package remains to be picked up at the nearest office for 10 working days. After this period, if you have not collected your order, the postal service will make the return, which may not be a reason for complaint. Paying the shipping again, we will proceed to send your order again.
If Ecovela doesn't just convince you ...
Ecovela products can be returned without a time limit, notifying it via our contact form or e-mail.
The product must be returned intact and in perfect condition. Sealed products (essential oils, etc.) must be returned intact and unopened. Once the item has been returned and checked, the amount will be reimbursed within 7 days.
The costs derived from the return will be borne by the buyer.

If you received a product in poor condition ...
If you receive a defective product, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com so that we can proceed to refund your purchase or return the item to another in perfect condition. In the case of a return for a defective product, at Ecovela we will assume the costs derived from the shipping / return.
